Privacy notice

Karina Ives collects your email address and Instagram handle to save your giveaway contact details, match them to your Instagram idea submissions, check the selected winner’s eligibility, and contact the winner. The site also records your entry time and the versions of the rules and privacy notice shown when you enter.

Entering does not subscribe you to a newsletter, and no marketing consent is recorded. Karina is not sending newsletters through this giveaway. Any future promotional email program will be handled separately; your entry is not treated as an opt-in.

The site is hosted on Vercel, and entry records are stored in Convex. The artist and authorized people helping administer the giveaway can access these records. Entry details are not published as a list. An accepted winner’s Instagram handle may be announced.

Karina keeps giveaway contact details for 12 months after the giveaway closes, then deletes them from the entry database and the giveaway’s working exports. For this giveaway, the retention period ends on October 24, 2027.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email tattookarinaives@gmail.com.
