Karina Ives: The 100K Giveaway

• How to enter. Follow me @karina.ives and comment your craziest combination of things for a tattoo on my Instagram giveaway post. Then submit your email address and Instagram handle on this website to complete your entry. Use the same Instagram handle as on your comments so I can match your contact details to your ideas. You can submit as many ideas as you like — there is no limit.
• Winner selection. I’ll pick my favorite idea, turn it into a unique tattoo design in my signature style, and tattoo it on the winner for free. I’ll announce the winner in an Instagram Reel on October 25. This is a personal selection by Karina, not a random draw.
• 18+ only. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Travel. The winner must be willing and able to travel to Dallas, Texas, USA, at their own expense. Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are not included.
• Availability. The tattoo must be completed within 6 months of the winner announcement.
• Placement. You must have enough clear, untattooed skin available for the design. This giveaway does not include cover-ups or reworks of existing tattoos. Final size and placement will be determined together based on the design.
• Design. I’ll create the tattoo based on the winning idea in my signature style. Small adjustments may be possible, but the original concept and main elements cannot be changed.
• Winner confirmation. I’ll contact the selected winner via Instagram DM and/or email to confirm the details before officially finalizing the prize. Please make sure your Instagram account allows messages from me and that your email address is valid and accessible.
• Eligibility. If the selected winner cannot meet these requirements, does not respond within 7 days, or we cannot agree on the essential appointment details, I reserve the right to select another winner.
• No purchase necessary. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• Your details. We collect your email address and Instagram handle to administer this giveaway and contact the selected winner. Entering does not subscribe you to a newsletter. See the privacy notice for details.
• Conduct, safety, and right to refuse service. Respectful and appropriate communication and conduct are required throughout the giveaway and any resulting appointment. I reserve the right, at any stage, to disqualify an entrant, withdraw a prize, decline or cancel an appointment, or discontinue a tattoo session if, in my sole discretion exercised in good faith, proceeding would compromise my safety, personal or professional boundaries, or ability to provide tattoo services safely and appropriately.

  Grounds may include, without limitation, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable behavior; failure to follow studio policies or safety instructions; or violation of these giveaway rules. These requirements continue to apply after a winner has been selected or an appointment confirmed. If a winner is disqualified, I may select another eligible entrant. All decisions remain subject to applicable law.
